Calahan Bath, Kitchen & Sunrooms —voted one of the top remodeling contractors & professional remodeling team—opened in February 2016 under the name Delaware Home Pros.
What started as a general contractor with broad construction expertise quickly evolved as we recognized a particularly fast growing demand for skilled bath and kitchen specialists.
Driven by a passion for quality craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence, we transformed our brand to better reflect who we are today: Calahan Bath, Kitchen and Sunroom, a leading bathroom contractor, top remodeling contractor, trusted professional remodeling team and remodeling expert serving Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Our focus on delivering superior bathroom, kitchen, and sunroom renovations has positioned us as the go‑to team for homeowners seeking reliability, expertise, and beautifully executed results.Â
We place our clients at the center of every project, ensuring their needs, goals, and vision guide each decision—because their satisfaction is our highest priority.
Trust, respect, and dedication define our work ethic. We emphatically strive to build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
We stand behind our workmanship with extended warranties, giving every customer lasting confidence and complete peace of mind.
At the center of Calahan Bath, Kitchen & Sunrooms stands our founder, Dan Calahan, an exceptional leader whose talent, vision, and expertise have shaped our company from day one.
With more than two decades of hands‑on experience in construction and professional remodeling, Dan began his career as a teenager in his stepfather’s flooring business, mastering the fundamentals long before becoming a respected industry professional. His journey through roles ranging from installer to sales manager gave him a rare, well‑rounded understanding of what homeowners truly need—and what quality craftsmanship really looks like.
Driven by a desire for better work‑life balance and a commitment to delivering outstanding results at an affordable price, Dan created a professional remodeling team when he founded Calahan Bath, Kitchen & Sunrooms with a simple philosophy: do great work, treat people right, and never compromise on quality. That philosophy continues to guide our team today, fueling our growth and solidifying Dan’s reputation as a trusted, forward‑thinking leader in the remodeling industry.
